My mother Laura Grobler was born on June 10th, 1944 during the the second world war, in Bushey, England.

Her parent's at the time lived in London but because of the war situation they had to travel outside of London for the delivery. Mummy's parent's weren't young when they had her, they were in their late 30's, alone in England after escaping Nazi Germany in 1939.

Mummy went to an all girls school and worked in the Library, she enjoyed reading very much.
